1. Who we are

LoanStage is an IFRS 9 loan portfolio management platform operated from Vilnius, Lithuania, EU. Contact: hello@loanstage.app

2. What data we collect

We collect: (a) account information (email address, name) via Clerk authentication; (b) loan portfolio data you upload in CSV format; (c) usage data such as page views and feature interactions.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the LoanStage service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

4. Data storage and security

Portfolio data is stored in Supabase (EU region), encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Authentication is handled by Clerk, SOC 2 Type II certified.

5. GDPR rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact hello@loanstage.app. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, portfolio data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Third-party processors

Supabase (database, EU), Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis), Stripe (payments).

8. Cookies

Essential cookies only — session management and authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies.
