1. Acceptance
By using LoanStage, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of service
LoanStage provides IFRS 9 loan portfolio management software including ECL calculation, stage classification, stress testing, and audit trail.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Notify us of unauthorized use at hello@loanstage.app.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the platform, resell access, upload malicious files, or compromise system security.
5. Your data
You retain full ownership of uploaded data. We process it solely to provide the service.
6. IFRS 9 calculations
Results should be reviewed by qualified professionals. LoanStage does not constitute financial or regulatory advice.
7. Payment
Paid plans billed via Stripe. No refunds for partial periods. Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period.
8. Limitation of liability
LoanStage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability limited to 12 months of payments.
9. Termination
We may terminate accounts violating these terms. You may delete your account anytime from settings.
10. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
